BreathWeaving is a ceremonial breathwork style created by weaving together different elements of breathwork such as pranayama and holotropic breath along with energy work. Each session starts with opening sacred space and a short mediation, after which the breathwork begins with approximately 45 to 50 minutes of breath. Afterward, once normal breathing has been established during savasana, we can discuss anything that came through for you. Please allow up to 90 minutes for this service.
