BreathWeaving is a ceremonial breathwork style created by weaving together different elements of breathwork such as pranayama and holotropic breath along with energy work. Each session starts with opening sacred space and a short mediation, after which the breathwork begins with approximately 45 to 50 minutes of breath. Afterward, once normal breathing has been established in savasana, there will be a sharing circle to discuss anything that came through for you or if you would like to share anything. Please allow 90 to 120 minutes for this service.
