BreathWeaving - Private Group - $45 per person
BreathWeaving is a ceremonial breathwork style that we have created by weaving together different elements of breathwork we have been exposed to. Each session starts with opening sacred space then a short mediation, after which the breathwork begins with approximately 45 to 60 minutes of breath. Afterward, once normal breathing in savasana has been established, there will be a sharing circle to discuss anything that came through for you or if you would like to share anything. Please allow a minimum 90 to 120 minutes for this service.
